![]() 茶葉蛋 (Tea Leaf Egg)A traditional dish that many Taiwanese folk love. Originally made by boiling the egg wrapped with Red Tea leaves (some variations of the recipe call for sugar and soysauce as well) and Star Anise and left “stewing” until it floats, then you turn off all the heat and leave it in the pot with the lid on so it steams itself for 24 hours. | ![]() Fruit Tart | ![]() Boo!
